Peppermint Milkshake

This is a quick easy, single serving Peppermint Milkshake. Very satisfying.

1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 cup lowfat milk
1/8 tspn peppermint extract

Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until ready. Poor into glass and enjoy.
